The PC Engine screenshots were taken from a wider zoom angle.

This TV cannot run the PC Engine's video signal, so the stills may be more distorted than the SMS and Genesis screenshots.

The Genesis vs PS2 screenshots appear more similar in color in real person than the screenshots reflect.

The Playstation 2 SMS images are rendered in a resolution of 512 x 224 and the Genesis is probably also emulated in a different resolution that the real system. This is likely the reason that the upscaling/conversion effect doesn't seem to affect the Playstation 2 images as much as the real consoles.
