The
colors of the Super Famicom version are overall the most similar
to the Arcade. The PC Engine version has the most vibrant
color and the flag is positioned like the Arcade. The Mega Drive
version has some unique shading in the windshield reflection.

The
Mega Drive version has the background positioned the most similar
to the Arcade and shares it's empty black sky. The PC Engine's
colors are the closest to the Arcade and it is the only port
with fully shaded color font.
Intro
The
Mega Drive version has a dark skinned combatant getting punched
out (just like the Arcade), but he was recolored with light skin
and his hair redrawn for the Genesis version. Capcom and/or Sega
likely didn't want to risk shipping a console game with a blue-eyed, blonde
haired caucasian in a wife beater beating down a topless african-american
looking person.
